SERVERS PROHIBITIONS

Uploading files of formats such as ".exe, .cmd, .bat, .jar, .vbs, .dll" and similar to the game client.

Using redirects (connection forwarding) in any form, including binds and simple connect commands.

Modifying "config.cfg" (except for additional keys), "userconfig.cfg", or "autoexec.cfg".

Binding any commands to standard keys (W, A, S, D, SPACE, SHIFT, TAB, M, R), as well as binding any prohibited commands, including CONNECT and SAY.

Changing players' rates (cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate, etc.).

STRICTLY FORBIDDEN: Using a plugin that changes the default nickname HEKER [EU].

Modifying the contents of the game menu (GameMenu.res).

Using plugins that harm the game, such as amx_destroy, amx_sysbizz, and similar.

Sending any commands via svc_director and voicecodec.

Replacing the banner displayed during loading (loading_banner).

Adding or modifying files through MOTD (motd_write).

Adding or modifying files in the root directory of the game.

Adding files to the directories cstrike/bin and cstrike/SAVE.

Adding mirror servers.

Advertising other CS 1.6 download websites on the server is prohibited.

The server name must not contain advertisements for other CS 1.6 download websites or boosting services.

Check for any lag issues or login errors to ensure peak network stability.

For effective administration, you should always have 2-3 admins active simultaneously.

When the player count is low, cycle competitive small maps like fy_snow, de_dust2x2, cs_assault until more players connect.

Occasionally grant temporary admin privileges to active players—this will help build a loyal player base.

Activating rank synchronization and top player tracking modules is highly recommended.

Use various popular plugins to attract players to your server (e.g., amx_parachute, bonus system, double jump, etc.).

Ensure that your active administration staff do not abuse their privileges.

Organize regular competitive contests to maintain high player engagement.

Engage directly with both players and admins. Learn about their needs and suggestions for improving the server infrastructure.

Minimize the number of resource files required for download to ensure faster connections—players typically dislike long waiting times.
